Lets start with how I discovered this stuff...

I am a bit different to regular “fitness gurus”.

When I was young I definitely wasn’t the “sporty” type.

I grew up eating coco pops, hot chips on white bread and drinking Fanta.
Before I changed my own body and became a Body Transformation Expert, I was actually out of shape...

20 kilos out of shape...
My story starts out when I was incredibly unhappy with my body.

Nothing was working to make it change. 
  • My clothes didn't fit...
  • I was unhappy with how I looked in photos… 
  • I was frustrated with the fat I could see every time I looked in the mirror…
I had been trying to get into shape for a really long time.
I Tried Putting Myself on Extreme Starvation Diets.
I would always start off okay, but soon after I would get uncontrollable cravings and hunger.
 
My hunger led me to crave all the wrong foods, and every diet always ended in a blowout.

Then, full of shame, I would start all over again.
I Forced Myself to Start Running.
Everyone told me “all I needed to do was to go for a run”.
  • I hated every second of it,
  • I dreaded every hill,
  • It made me feel sick.
  • And it was soooo boring.
Worst of all I was extra hungry afterwards…
In Desperation, I Joined a Gym.
I was so self-conscious.

I had no idea about what I should be doing. 
The first time I went to the gym, I flew off the back of the treadmill onto the ground in front of everyone…it was so embarrassing.
I also tried:
  • Detox kits, magic weight loss pills…
  • Skinny teas, diet food, eating clean…
  • Juice fasting, exercise videos…
I had tried it all.
Sometimes I would lose a small amount of weight but never as much as what I wanted to lose...
Before I knew it, the weight went straight back on.
I just didn’t know what more I could do.
  • I was hungry all the time.
  • I had crazy cravings.
  • I couldn't budge the fat from my tummy.
  • I just didn’t have the energy to do anything.
I was stuck

I was beginning to believe that I would never have the body I had longed for.

I may have seemed happy on the outside...

But I was really sad on the inside...
I had my biggest breakdown when I saw photos from my holiday.
It was one of those moments where you’re just like – “Oh my gosh, is that me?”

I started crying.
“Why can’t I have the body I want? 

It’s so unfair. 

I’m trying so hard.” 

I just didn’t know what more I could do. 
All off my dieting 
and all of my workouts
had actually made me more out of shape.
I had more fat, more cellulite, my clothes were too tight and I even looked OLDER than my age.

I just had to calm myself down, pull up my big-girl pants and just go – “You know what?

I’m a smart girl.

I’ve got to work this out.”
And then it dawned on me…
Every single thing I had tried was adding stress to my body. 
  • Starving myself followed by blowouts,
  • Restrictive diets,
  • Eating “fake” diet foods,
  • Skipping meals,
  • Emotional eating,
  • Exhausting workouts
My body was so stressed it was in a state of shock. 
No wonder it wasn’t changing.
When you have tried so many things and your body is just messed up- I call it stress mode.

What if all those magazines, so called fitness gurus, all those programs that have been put together by people who have never been overweight…

What if they were wrong?
What if the solution to getting into shape wasn’t “starve yourself and exercise like crazy”? 
I made it my mission to find out what would really change my body.
  • What if I could work with my body to make it change?
  • To nourish my body through eating heaps of food.
  • To eat often so I was never hungry.
  • To workout in a way that gave me strength and energy.
And do you know what? 

Instead of working against my body..

Working with my body actually worked… 

My body finally changed, and it changed quickly... 

I am pretty embarrassed to show my before photos, but here they are...

As well as totally changing my body…
  • I wasn’t hungry
  • I didn’t have cravings
    and even better
  • My energy levels skyrocketed
  • My self confidence soared…
I just felt alive 
When you work with your body to make it respond- I call it Response Mode.

Tiny portion sizes, bland foods, counting every calorie… 
It Is Just Not True 
When you cut out so many foods, skip meals, and have tiny portion sizes you just stress your body into a state of shock.

No-one can stick to this kind of diet, you get hungry, so hungry, you get cravings, you are tired and cranky… 
The biggest turning point I had in changing my body, and this has worked for thousands of my clients as well, was when I stopped dieting.
The truth is you need to eat more to get into awesome shape.

I discovered that you can eat incredible meals when you just know how to do them right. 
You don’t need to miss out on: 
Muffins, Noodles, Bread, Peanut Butter, Potatoes, Wedges, Pizza, Spring rolls, Sossy rolls...

Even coffee as well.
